Little Buds Kindy is a pre-kindy for children who will go on to attend a 4 year old Kindergarten program the following year. Little Buds Kindy is open on 4 mornings a week (Mondays to Thursdays) from 9am to 12. Children may attend one or more sessions a week. A non-threatening environment where children and parents are able to feel at home Qualified, experienced staff members. High staff ? student ratio that allows for more individual attention A program that is stimulating and developmentally appropriate with a strong emphasis on PLAY Flexibility to choose the days that suit you Our program is designed specifically to meet the needs of 3-4 year old children. Very young children learn through play and being involved with the toys, equipment and materials in the kindy environment and the experiences planned by the teacher. When children play, they actively find out how things work, explore ideas, think creatively and practice new skills in a way that is satisfying to them. Our program will assist children to develop physically, cognitively, emotionally and socially. The many areas in the Kindy provide opportunities for the development of the whole child. Most gross motor development takes place outdoors where the children have many opportunities to climb, slide, jump, run, ride on tricycles, swing, balance and play with balls, hoops and beanbags. To encourage the development of fine motor skills, we provide daily opportunities to draw, cut and paste, paint, to sift, mix, build puzzles, construct with toys etc Enrolment forms can be downloaded from our website www.littlebuds.com.auWelcome to Little Buds Kindy one of the popular educators in your Mount Lawley area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
