About Para Hills West Primary School

Education WA introduces Para Hills West Primary School in Para Hills, for all your education and learning needs.

Para Hills West Primary School caters for Reception – Year 7 and is where students have the opportunity to learn in a Montessori and Mainstream learning environment. The school was established in 1965 and is situated approximately 14 kilometers north of Adelaide.

The school is comprised of individual air-conditioned classrooms linked by an administration block. Specialist rooms are available for L.O.T.E (Japanese), Music and Information Communication Technology (I.C.T.).   The school has a Resource Centre with interactive whiteboard providing a great facility for resource based learning. A separate room, the Recreation Room used for O.S.H.C. services and a Gymnasium which is used for Physical Education, assemblies, drama and community services. It has extensive grassed areas and ramps are provided in the yard.

All classrooms have an interactive whiteboard to support learning programs and students have access to computers in their rooms as well as in the ICT room.
