At Carrum Downs Secondary College we believe that, in order to be successful, we need to support our students’ learning, by providing them with a curriculum that is innovative, interesting and engaging. Most importantly it is to be driven by the interests, needs and requirements of our students. The curriculum that our Middle Years students experience is relevant to real life and develops skills needed to prepare them for Senior School.
Carrum Downs Secondary College believes that students should experience a friendly, safe, supportive and orderly environment and that successful teaching and learning is dependent upon positive relationships between all members of the College community.
The College expects students to exercise self-control, respect the rights of others, base their behaviour on the principles of fairness and honesty and face the logical consequences of their behaviour.
