StudioMade is a new enterprise created by Darren McGinn, a practising artist and teacher with more than 30 years in the industry. Based in inner Geelong at his home studio, Darren specialises in ceramics and sculpture education and offers an extensive variety of ceramics, sculpture and pottery classes. Classes are limited to 6 individuals and are offered by the term on a weekly basis, intensive weekends and short courses. StudioMade offers a dynamic studio experience where you will be working with clay on the potters wheel or creating works using slab and handbuilding techniques. Alternatively, learn to sculpt using limestone, found objects and assemblage techniques. Catering for children and adults, from beginners to the more skilled, everyone can learn the art of working with clay and other materials. Corporate and other groups are also encouraged to speak with Darren.
